    Return & Exchange Policy                          

    At Just Bigger Bras, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. 

    Returns: 

    • Items must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date. 

    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Also, the returns require photos or videos as a proof of damage.

    • For order cancellation, order delay, order not received, damaged products, and incorrect or missing products, we offer a full refund.

    • Refunds are processed through the dispute resolution process and may be issued as either a full refund or a replacement. (Depending on the interpretation)

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned criterias.

    Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available for items of the same value. If the items are purchased during promotions, incorrect addresses, or buyer's remorse, they aren't eligible for return or exchange. 
    • Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.

    • Exchange items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. 

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. 

    Please note that shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

    REFUND POLICY

    At www.justbiggerbras.com, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy. 

    We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. An order number must be provided to process the return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you can open a dispute in the order section and upload photos of the product in case of damage. Our dispute team will review your item within 1-3 working days.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like p (Panties and bras), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
